Quick Tip: Get difference between two dates in Excel in a readable format

It was a need for me to get the difference between two dates, in a format (Years, Months, Days).

In Excel, you can get the difference by subtracting the two dates, like:

But, as you see the result will be the number of days between the two dates.
This is not what I need.

I found another Excel function called “DATEDIF”, that you can use to get the difference in a more readable format, like:

Notice that I used the function three times, and concatenate the result of the three runs to get the required output format.
