opatch error \QuickTime\QTSystem\QTJava.zip was unexpected at this time.

When trying to run opatch on windows, I got the following error: \QuickTime\QTSystem\QTJava.zip was unexpected at this time. After some research, I found that this error is due to spaces in the value of the CLASSPATH variable.
