While creating an Oracle 19c database I received this error: Install Error [DBT-50000] Unable to check for available memory After some research, I found the following workaround, to start the dbca with specific option: dbca -J-Doracle.assistants.dbca.validate.ConfigurationParams=false This fixed the error.
